The luxury apartments of Flow Residence offer panoramic surf views and unique lifestyle experiences. The soft, natural hues of Flow reflects natures palette, with materials selected for resilience over time and when exposed to coastal elements. The salt laden air of Rainbow Bay persistently prevails, requiring robust plant species that can withstand harsh conditions.

The shape, colour and textures of the Landscape Design were inspired by the action of wind, water and sand on the surrounding environment. This movement inspired the flow and the softening of sharp edges, imitating nearby beach coves and the lines that offer prospect and refuge. The working partnership progressed from schematic design to contract documentation, ensuring that the landscape complements the architectural vision while providing residents with beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
