Set within the newly urbanized area of Newstead, the robust building design harmonizes with the industrial backdrop. The soft landscape design enhances the atmosphere around the studio apartments and larger businesses, creating a welcoming environment.

Thoughtfully designed balcony plantings were incorporated to cascade over the street frontage, adding greenery and visual appeal while fostering a sense of connection to the urban landscape.
