DMLA, commissioned by Mosaic Property Group, had the opportunity to partner with Bureau Proberts, to deliver Lorient. Positioned right on the Maroochydore River, with the Pacific Ocean beyond.

The landscape design provides lush greenery and manicured gardens to provide a soothing escape. With amenities such as a resort-style pool, spa, and private pontoon seamlessly integrated into the landscape, the lush greenery and native flora create a tranquil retreat, framing breathtaking views of the river.

Sustainable landscaping practices ensure that Lorient remains in harmony with its natural surroundings, preserving the beauty of the environment for generations to come. From rainwater harvesting to native plantings, every aspect of the landscape is meticulously planned to minimise environmental impact while maximising beauty and functionality to create a landscape that isn’t just a backdrop — it’s an integral part of the living experience, offering a sanctuary where residents can recharge, reconnect, and immerse themselves in the beauty of coastal living.
