Our project at UNISC reimagined the green ‘heart’ of the campus, transforming it into a vibrant and welcoming space for both the university and the broader community. By re-integrating the two central spines of the campus, we created more opportunities for connection and longer stays, fostering a dynamic campus environment.

The green space has been thoughtfully re-purposed to maximize its potential, offering a more functional and inviting environment for all. This revitalization invites collaboration by encouraging commercial and community organizations to expand the university experience, creating new opportunities for engagement. It also supports outdoor events by increasing operational flexibility; allowing the campus to host a wider range of activities.
